Track editor
Draws a session's laps from its log, with the track's start/finish, splits and corners on top. Move the line, flip its direction, add or remove splits, name the corners, or make a new layout. Saving needs the upload code and restarts Track Rat. Then re-time to apply the lines to saved sessions.
Nudge a line
Tapping while driving puts a line a little late or early. Pick it, then slide it along the direction of travel: 0.5 m is about 20 ms at 90 km/h. The runs below are timed again from their logs on every step.
Corners
Re-time
Track Rat times sessions again from their logs with the lines it has now, and rewrites their lap times and the PB. It carries on in the background.
Download the track list
The tracks.json Track Rat is using, including tracks and start/finish lines you made on the timer.
Replace the track list
Upload a tracks.json you've edited. The old one is kept as tracks.json.bak.
You'll need the upload code on Track Rat's screen. It restarts to load the new list.
Compare two laps
Any two laps at a track, from any sessions, drawn from their logs on the SD card. A drive with no laps (Free Roam) is one piece, "Whole drive". A in blue, B in orange.
Speed against distance
Time gap against distance (B − A: up is B losing time)
Channels
Who was faster where
Friction circle (g against g)
Corner sectors
Difference is B − A. Best is the quickest of that corner in these sessions.
Season
The best lap of each visit to this track, and your PB as it stood (purple).
Install firmware
Pick a firmware.bin (from .pio/build/es3c28p/ after a build).
You'll need the upload code on Track Rat's screen. Keep the board powered until it restarts.
It comes back with Wi-Fi off.
